This program is designed to introduce the student to the basics of Taekwondo and prepare them mentally and physically for the upcoming intermediate techniques. Skills Learned:

•  focus on developing goal setting
•  prepare the body by developing the needed flexibility    and strength
•  develop confidence, self-control and non-violent confrontation management
•  learn basic blocking and striking with hands and arms
•  learn basic kicking techniques
•  2 poomsae (patterns)
